These terms govern your use of services provided by Westfield Scaling ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide website design, lead generation systems, and related marketing services as agreed in your service plan. Specific deliverables and timelines will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Payment
All fees are quoted in USD and billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 14 days overdue.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. There are no long-term contracts or exit fees. Domains and content you own remain yours.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content you provide. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, templates and systems we use to deliver services.
5. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
